Standard Single-Sided Ball Nose Inserts – Inch Size – BNR Series
Standard single-sided Ball Nose end mill inserts (BNR series) are available in inch sizes with and without chipbreaker. PCD-tipped inserts are also available (without chipbreaker).

PCD-tipped inserts are ideal for the milling of soft, non-ferrous materials such as graphite and aluminum (not for steels or iron). Choose PCD-tipped ball nose inserts when milling these materials, and you may achieve tool life improvement of 50 to 100 times better than coated carbide!
