All Dapra Ball Nose end mills accept either inch inserts or metric inserts of like sizes. For example: BNEM0750 and GWR20 accept either a 3/4" or 20mm diameter insert. BNEM0500 and GWR12 accept either a 1/2" or 12mm diameter insert.

Thru-Coolant Cutter Bodies have been removed from our product line, providing you with a more solid cutting tool yielding maximum rigidity. Customers requiring thru-coolant tooling can use our modular head and extension system, or can order solid tools with the thru-coolant option as a special order.

Standard Shank Ball Nose End Mills (BNEM) starting with "SE" are short effective-reach cutters, designed for optimum strength and limited clearance.

Carbide Core Ball Nose End Mills (CC-BNEM) provide optimized performance thanks to reduced deflection, increased stiffness, and less chatter.

Oversized Shank Ball Nose End Mills (BNEM -OS) starting with "SE" are short effective-reach cutters, designed for optimum strength and limited clearance.

Solid Carbide Ball Nose End Mills (SC-BNEM) provide peak performance through reduced deflection, increased stiffness, less chatter, and heat shrink toolholding capability.

Undersized Shank Ball Nose End Mills save time and money by offering instant clearance.

Back Draft and Flat Bottom Cutters (BDEM) are for use with BDR and FBR inserts only.

Screw-On Modular Heads (GWR -MOD) are also available for industry-standard cutting systems.

Ball Nose cutter bodies accept all insert styles: Ball Nose, Helical Ball Nose, Back Draft, Flat Bottom, High-Feed Back Draft and Rough-Duty Ball Nose. BDEM cutters only accept BDR and FBR inserts.
